Air Jordan Retro V's!!!
Dropping January 26,2013 the Air Jordan Retro V will be coming out. The AJ5's was released in February of 1990 the first in Air Jordan's line to have a clear rubber sole, and the first time anyone had ever molded foam into a shoe upper. A designer by the name of Tinker Hatfield designed the Nike Marty MacFly's featured in the movie "Back To The Future 2", that had clear molding which allowed light to come through, and thats where Tinker Hatfield got the idea from. The shoe also has flames on the side where Tinker came to the conclusion thats the way Jordan performs "like a Fighter Plane" or more like a Super Marine Spitfire MKV III which is a WW II British Fighter Plane. The shoe also has a reflective 3M tongue with the Jumpman embroidery.
A pair of these are goin for $159.99 plus tax. The stores will be opening at 8am. These are one of my favorite pairs of Retro's. Where do they rate as one of your favorite pair of J's? -Mechie Davis #GLC
